Food: Breakfast is Served!

Here's a quick breakfast idea for the weekdays. Most of this is prep ahead to save valuable time in the busy morning hours.

You will need:
  • Instant Grits
  • Milk (I Used almond milk)
  • Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • Bacon (1pack)
  • Dozen eggs
  • Red bell pepper
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper
Prep ahead - On Sunday bake your bacon and set it aside. Scramble your eggs and set them aside. Chop up your peppers and combine with the garlic. Store everything in tupperware for the following week.

On the morning you're ready to enjoy this delicious meal just prepare a pack of instant grits according to the directions. Pull it out and add a bit of cheese and milk to make them creamy. Top with a handful of eggs, 2 slices of bacon, your veggie mix and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
